I am more familiar with the iOS platform and the Cocoa framework than any other. I enjoy working as a full stack iOS developer and I look forward to continuing my work in Swift.

I love writing little scripts for small things. I see them as opportunities to practice new laguages, speed up my work flow, better utilize my time, and increase overall productivity.

    Correlating HN Upvotes and Github Stars

    As part of the Third Annual GitHub Data Challenge, I analyzed the relationship between the increase in popularity of a GitHub repository and the popularity of a Hacker News post on the subject.

  • Frugal Friends

    Coupons with Friends

    Frugal Friends allows you to take advantages of the best coupons without requiring you to pay the upfront dollar amount by crowd sourcing the barrier to entry. This iOS app won second place at the UCSD Entrepreneurial Challenge.

  • Jackit

    The Handheld Experience

    Jackit is an iOS Application I built at La Hacks with a team of 8 hackers. This game features accelerometer based control and location based competition. Download it on the iOS App Store in September!

  • Emotionall

    What are you feeling?

    Emotionall is a web application that helps manipulate your mood based on your input. Utilizing the Soundcloud, Flickr, and Twitter API, this rails application curates content based on a text search query.

  • The Stock Widget

    Your Portfolio, a Swipe Away

    The stock widget is a realtime portfolio tracker for iOS 8, built using Swift. The iOS 8 update brought widgets to iOS for the first time and I was eager to take advantage of the functionality that came with it.

  • Dine

    A Transformed Dining Experience

    Dine is an iOS app that changes the way you eat out from the moment you walk in to a restaurant, to the moment you leave. Dine was voted to be the first place winner in UCSD's Spring Software Engineering course.

    The Hunger Games is a competition hosted by Brilliant.org in which participants are to create a bot that will compete in an Infinite Iterative Prisoner's Dilemma "game."

  • Arduino Audio Analyzer

    Watch Your Music Come Alive

    The Arduino Audio Analyzer is an Arduino hardware hack that analyzes music it hears using a microphone and creates light patterns on an external Adafruit light strip

  • The iBeacon Book

    Tracking, Security, Reservations

    I am currently reviewing a book on iBeacons and Bluetooth Low Energy. In the past I have used BLE and iBeacons in Dine to allow restaurant goers the ability to book a table as soon as they enter a restaurant.

  • The Bing Bot

    $$$ 1 Search At a Time

    The Bing Bot is a script I wrote to automate searches on Bing.com. Bing Rewards offers points based on the number of searches made. It has since been decomissioned for ethical reasons.

  • The Seating Chart

    New Seat, New Partner, New day

    For CSE 15L, I created a seating chart randomizer that will assign and email students a new unique seat and partner each day. It takes in a list of students and a room schematic.

    Facebook and WIC host an algorithm based programming competition at UCSD for first and second year students. My partner and I place 2nd place at the event
